ORGANIZING YOUR LIFE
Life is busy, its hard to keep everything organized and tidy. Moving forward will require far less energy if you remove the excess baggage and tension. Everything in your life is energy. If you’re carrying too much- physical or emotional-your progress will be hampered. Some things in life are important and some things are urgent but most people spend their lives prioritising urgent and “shallow” activities( e.g day to day activities, answering emails). Very few people have organized their lives to prioritise the important and “deep” activities( e.g health, goals, learning, travel).
You can start organizing your life by focusing on the following:
You should start by checking your living space if it’s cluttered and messy then you should make it neat and simple, remove stuff that you no longer use(like clothes) so that the environment can help improve your energy and not drain it, to facilitate the emotions that you consistently want to experience and succeed.
It is so easy to put our health on the side like developing poor eating habits, not sleeping enough and over consuming of stimulants. Health is wealth, you should be conscious of and in control of what you consume and how it affects your body so as to maintain a healthy body because if you are not healthy and other parts of your life are organized, it still won’t be enough to help you succeed.
Some questions to ask yourself to help you understand how you use your time and to organise it are like, how much of your time do you think you’re in control of?, how much time do you waste each day?, are the activities you’re spending your time doing moving you to your ideal future?, what activities should you remove from your time?. Once you organise your time it will slow down. You will be able to live more presently and experience time as you want to which lets you be in control and not otherwise.
You should keep track on how much you spend each month, how much you earn, how much you can save and you should also avoid having unnecessary debts regardless of your income in order to have a healthier financial life. Most people don’t track their spending and that can lead to overspending and not reaching your goals.
Relational energy is the energy we “catch” from others. Like money most people’s relationships are not organised in a conscious manner. We prefer being around people with positive energy because being around them lifts our spirit, boost our energy and help us excel and so it is critical to have good and positive relationships and eliminate toxic relationships that no longer serve you.
When you organise your spiritual life, you become clear on what your life is about. You become clear on what you stand for and how you want to spend each day. You develop assurance on what really matters to you and what is a distraction.
