They tend to appear on the face, back, chest, shoulders, and neck. Different forms of acne are pimples, cysts, black heads and nodules. They are caused by greasy cosmetics, hormonal changes, emotional stress and menstruation. Here are some tips on how to treat and avoid acne on your body.
1. Wash your face twice a day
Use warm water and special acne soap not just any anti- bacterial soap. Cleaning the face twice a day gives the skin more pores to breathe and removes all the dirt or bacteria's that might have landed on the skin during day time.
2. Resist the temptation of popping pimples
That goofy feeling of always wanting to remove and pop that pimple out of your face has got to stop girl!! Because popping them out increases the chance of spreading them further and also probabilities of leaving a scar on your body.
3. Choose makeup for sensitive skin

Avoid oil based products and choose make up fit for your skin type.
4. Avoid Stress and anxiety
Pending job cuts at the
office. Back-to-back final exams. A messy relationship, an unexpected surgery.
What do they all have in common? In a word – stress, when
a person becomes stressed, the level of the body’s stress hormone (cortisol)
rises. This in turn causes an increase in oil production, which can lead to
oily skin, acne and other related skin problems.
